Been living here since September, I love the property and the staff is really cool!! Never had any issues! Maintenance always takes care of any problems on the property. Highly recommend this Apartment Complex!
***Do not live here unless you want fleas*** I’ve lived at Memorial West for almost a year and have dealt with multiple issues. First issue that happened was my water heater catching on fire. I was taking a shower and my dog came into the restroom sniffing around and when I peeled back the curtain I noticed that there was smoke in the air. The water heater in the laundry room was in flames and smoke was filling the apartment. I’ve been living here for a month and I love it so far. You can tell the staff actually love their job and I love the events they have here. I felt very welcomed the day I moved here and they’ve checked on me a few times since. These apartments are located in one of the safest areas in Houston (Energy Corridor) so that’s definitely a plus for me. I love walking my dog right on Memorial Dr. and the gym is pretty nice. Katelyn and Quincy are the best, they make this place feel like home
Memorial West is such a great place to live in! I’ve been with here with my significant other for two months now and we do not have any complaints. We are first time movers so the process was not an easy one but Ashley, Noah and Austin made sure we had all our questions answered and welcomed us in! Definitely look into these apartments if you’re around the area!
