Lived here for a couple months earlier this year. Loved my one bedroom on the fifth floor. Was quiet, clean, and had a nice reserved parking spot. Gate always worked, too. No break-ins on my floor, no stolen packages. Reliable appliances, very professional front desk. Only complaint I could make was that the lease break process was a little misleading, and I didn't get my full deposit back because of it. But just don't be like me and break your lease. This is a good place to live.
I’ve had a great experience with the maintenance team. They respond quickly to requests and always communicate clearly about timing and progress. Every time I’ve needed help — whether it’s a leaky faucet, broken appliance, or routine inspection — they’ve been professional, efficient, and respectful of my space. It’s reassuring to know I can count on them to keep things running smoothly. Definitely one of the highlights of living here!
This a beautiful community it is well maintained and that’s all thanks to the maintenance team they do an amazing job keeping the property looking spotless and are very attentive to all work orders. I have to give a special shout out to Micky in the maintenance team she is incredible and always has such a great attitude!
