A great stretching session. Alicia is intune with the body and helped me understand why my pain kept coming back
As a first timer for a full therapeutic massage, Alicia was incredibly helpful and kind with her guidance and has such a warm personality. She worked through some tension I mentioned to her and identified other areas of stress and tightness I didn’t know I had! I’m from out of town, but will definitely be booking again when I’m back in Indy. If you’re local, I highly recommend Alicia for your massage therapy needs.

I've been practicing yoga for 8 years. Alicia is the first teacher to have really paid close attention to alignment, adjusting my downward dog, for example, and gives personalized tips to each student.
