The worst experience today at UM Kendall with my daughter. She was talking down to us, no respect. After almost 2 hours wait the staff and her extremely unprofessional. I had never had a bad experience at UM of Kendall till today. She was inefficient with her visit today . ***BE CAREFUL*** I went to see this doctor because I had some difficulties breathing. After checking me and seeing that I had no care problems, she prescribed me a nasal spray. The problem that before I felt, she offered me to see my nose throug an endoscope, according to her, just so I could see that I had nothing. Well, for the use of that device (endoscope), later I received a charge for more than 800 dollars. I called her office to ask for an explanation, but she refused to answer.

A week ago I had endoscopic sinus surgery and septoplasty with Dr Acosta Calderon and I cannot believe how much relief I feel after this procedure. I felt very comfortable with her and knew I was in excellent hands the moment I met her. She has changed my life. I can finally breathe again. I highly recommend her to anyone. She’s knowledgeable, professional and most importantly, has great rapport with her patients. I look forward to having her as my ongoing ENT. Thank you thank you thank you!
