The complex is clean and the maintenance responses fast. The walls and the ceiling are so tiny that you could hear the neighbors coughing! I have noticed that all the ceiling fans make a loud humming sound so when the next door turns it on it makes an unpleasant wave sound through the walls and the floor which is so disturbing specially at night when you try to sleep which I can’t and I’m writing this! So if you’re sensitive to noises, this is not your place!!
