STAY AWAY - horrible experience. Homeless people on stairs outside from gas station that is directly next to apartment. Noises at 3AM from the gas station. Dog feces everywhere. DART station directly next to apartments, bringing in more homeless people and criminal. Very unprofessional staff and management company that practically robs from tenants. Avoid at all costs.
I toured this property recently and Michael was so helpful and knowledgeable! Not to mention so kind, helpful, and fun. I look forward to leasing here!! :)
Got locked out because key fob could not unlock door to the apartment complex. It was midnight so I had to call emergency maintenance services. Called 3x and waited over an hour with no response just standing outside the door waiting. Crazy how the on call worker is just nonexistent. Luckily I had a friend that I could crash at. If not I would’ve had to sleep in my car!
These apartments are so nice and the staff is great!! Michael was extremely helpful in finding an apartment
