Aura – I visited on time a couple weeks ago, had just landed and picked up my sis and headed over to the club. The DJ was 'slamming' and the drinks were flowing... i had a blast!!! it was a Thursday night so i can't speak for any other night only 'Thursday Nite' i loved it so much i will be back in 2wks... scheduled my flight to land in NY by 7pm LOL Downside, its a bit small so room to dance is limited but hey i made use of what i had so i would definitely recommend going there (at least on a Thursday night) :-)

Overcrowded but mostly good music – I went here over the weekend. The crowd was hype but the venue was too small for the amount of guests. The leather seats need to be redone they had holes in them, probably from women standing on them in their heels. They opened the bottom floor but didnt hype it up so no one moved down to it. are they serious? – well, I don't usually write reviews, but since I frequent citysearch i thought I would help you guys out. Aura is pretty much an awful bar. I went there last night (a saturday) for a friends birthday and it was way too crowded (but with no obvious standards or dress code) the front door people were rude, and the drinks are very expensive. Bad Aura – Nasty, nasty club! The bathrooms smelled like urine and the place is decorated cheap and cheesy. I went there on a Saturday night and the music and sound system was awful! Old songs and with some new radio songs thrown in with bad sound.
Will not be going back – Some friends and I went to Aura last night because Wednesdays are supposed to be a professional after work party. The flyer said open bar until 7pm and free buffet until 8pm. We got there at 6:30pm and were told the open bar is closed and it was only house vodka. They did have food, but it ran out around 7:15. Excellent lounge!!! – Went here for the first time last week. I had never heard of it before but saw people around outside its entrance so my girlfriends and I decided it was just as good a spot as any to go in to for a drink and dance. This place is awesome!!! It's kinda small but the DJ was playing great music. My friends and I danced all night. Drinks were really spectacular. The bartender was very friendly but never over the top. Definitely the kind of place you'd want to go to regularly. Thanks for making my night!
Surprise credit card charge! – All was pretty decent until I received my cc statement a few days later. It may have just been a key in error on the part of the bartender, or that they decided they deserved another 20% on top of the total AND tip. Makes you wonder. Make sure you get a bill after they close out and do the final run on your card.
Nice night out – When I came to this place I thought it was small but then it had a second floor which is wide open so there is more room for dancing. The bathrooms were clean. I had vip and thats the best part of clubbing, so if you want your own private vip this place allows you to have it. The employees were nice and lots of beautiful ladies. This is a place I would like to go back to.
