Tim called to cancel my grooming appointment bc someone called in and I politely said awww I have been waiting for this appointment and I am a new client. Before I could say let me get my calendar to reschedule he cut me off and spoke over me and said to find another groomer and he hung up on me. If he talks to a customer on the phone like this how does he treat the animals?
Went above and beyond for my puggies. One of my pugs is disabled and has little function in her legs & is incontinent, they groomed her and did a wonderful job anyways. Even washed their collars for me!
Erika was so awesome!!! She made our dog Oliver look exactly how we wanted! 10/10! We will definitely be scheduling with her over and over! Thank you Erika, you rock!
We dropped off our White Golden Doodle, Lily today . Was a little nervous but Erika did a Fantastic Job !!! We were so pleased with their establishment and the kindness. Thank you All- especially Erika
