Check your food BEFORE leaving. I took my pretzel home and it was so hard that I couldn't eat it. Either they sold me their display model or this pretzel was out for days without being sold.
Greeted entering even when busy. Friendly staff have offered standing food without request.
Over priced and rude workers. Got a large drink with my order and the machine was putting out funky. When I tasted the drink it wasn’t good, I poured it out and got more ice and attempted to get a different drink to see if that would help. Was stopped by the worker who said rudely “we don’t give refills!” Before I could explain the situation he opened the divider like he was literally going to stop me! Just to avoid an argument or assault charge I sat the cup down and told him to throw it away! I will never spend another dim... read more
