They burn all their pretzels and they are tiny. They need to learn to make them better.
Love sitting here, watching food get cold while the employees have a conversation. I had to repeat my order two times because the employees are too busy talking. Any employee wanted to start giving me an attitude and I am and give me back my change properly because I start having a tone as I’m watching them still have a conversation
Horrible customer service. Unhelpful and just rude. Looks like they’ll be working here forever
Ordered cinnamon bites they were burnt long pieces with no cinnamon or sugar. Kiosk is dirty. Employees act and talk like they don’t have customers.
Was told “nuh uh we ain’t making them” when I asked for a pretzel dog. I’m glad we can just falsely advertise things now!
