I went to the location across from the child's play area. I believe it's the Kiosk location. I went for a pretzel at 5:45pm, when they do not close until 8pm. I walked up to the counter and the young kid didn't even greet me or bother to look up from his phone. I asked for the pretzel and his response was, "Well it's passed the time for that unfortunately". We had most rudest service at the Auntie Annie's pretzels at Robinson township mall. They were suppose to open at 10. We got there and 10:30. The girls rudley told us they weren't open to 11. We came back three times and she kept telling us a later time. Finally we came back at about 11:30. They had pretzel bites ready to buy in the case but she said we couldn't buy any yet so we just stood there and waited. Would give 0 if that was an option. They are never open when they say, the staff is incredibly rude, and the pretzels taste stale.
This is the rudest staff I've encountered in a long time. The website says they open at 11:00. When we enquired if they were opened, the lady working there said they would open between 11:10 and 11:20. No big deal. We came back at 11:14, and she told us 11:25. We came back at 11:25 and the pretzel bites that we wanted were in the case, but she told us that we couldn't have them yet. Okay. I guess that's fine.
