Pretzels are tasteless and lack flavor. Definitely don’t taste like your usual Auntie Annie’s pretzels. It was also burnt underneath. Terrible

The reviews must be low for the Burlington/Cinnabon location. The Lacoste/Marshalls location has always treated me with respect. There is not a single location in Dolphin Mall that has even treated me with as much respect, compassion, and kindness as this location. The girls there are under constant stress with the busy loud mall, being in a kiosk that’s right in the middle. Yet they always smile, they put their effort, and take care of everyone.
