This location quite possibly has the rudest, most disinterested employees I’ve ever come across. Every time I order here, they act like it’s the biggest inconvenience in the world for them. The past 2 times I’ve gone, they’ve told me that their frozen lemonades are unavailable, which is disappointing. Also received a burnt pretzel that was too hard to bite into and tasted like cardboard. Very upsetting for the ridiculous prices they charge.
Scammed my Grandma she ordered a large drink and they put a medium cup inside a large cup and gave it to her very rude as well

I came here on my birthday last year today. I told the staff it was my birthday and then made a fresh set of pretzels for me. Super kind.
