Where do you start? Went there at 1136am..... no cinnamon items what so ever, heavy set male cashier stated, "said cinnamon items are out, if you would like to return in a little bit and see if said items are available at said quantity, thatll be fine"... two female workers laughing on their phone while a microwave was counting down from 2 min. I returned at 1215pm, sure enough they have items for a lunch rush... at this point nothing was available and no workers were there. Returned at 1245pm nothing AGAIN! Came back at 105... read more
Out of the last 4 times I’ve been there I’ve gotten hit with the “we don’t have that right now we hand make everything” Even after telling them I can wait I have and hour or more it was still a no. To be fair I did have a younger male manager make my order fresh with no salt & a few times. Anytime there is a female manager my request has been unsuccessful. TIP: keep Dow rolled and ready to use for individuals who can’t have all that salt.
Absolutely the laziest employees I've ever seen. Got to the front of the line only to be told they only have cinnamon pretzels. So I left. Came back twenty minutes later to see if maybe they had any regular ones. Nope! I asked when they would have some regular pretzels only to be told 25 to 30 minutes. I said why do they not have any now. He said they make them hot and fresh. For who? For people thirty minutes from now??? Certainly not for me. Absolute lazy, garbage employees. Not that AA cares. Tried to make a purchase. Employees hung in the back and stared at their phones. Saw me standing there and went back to their phones. I left.
This store never has change. The first time I get it , it was early and I was trying to use 100, but today the total was 10.73, I gave her 20.75 and she couldn’t even break that 😳🙄
