This place is terrible. I ordered a jalapeño pretzel with a medium watermelon drink and was told to wait 10 minutes for my food to come out. When trying to flag employees down to check on the status,they would ignore me and would not even care to ask if everything was ok until 15 minutes of waiting and after helping out several customers in front of me. Was told for weeks mall employees get a drink only purchase for about $2.19, go in today and the manager tells me that’s not true because he is the manager. Maybe better communication with your team would work.
