So auntie Anne’s was one of the jobs I had in high school and I still love the pretzels. I’m now vegan / dairy free, though, but if I ask for no butter the original is vegan. On Sunday 11/5 the young man automatically knew when I asked for no butter to go in the back and get tongs that had no butter to pick up the pretzel and I want to say shout out and thank you. Long live auntie Anne’s and great customer service even with a busy chaotic line.
This place is terrible. I ordered a jalapeño pretzel with a medium watermelon drink and was told to wait 10 minutes for my food to come out. When trying to flag employees down to check on the status,they would ignore me and would not even care to ask if everything was ok until 15 minutes of waiting and after helping out several customers in front of me.
