everything about this place is awesome. Free water with purchase, and you can get free ice?? Hellooo?? Their pretzels bites are fresh. Guy got me a sparkle berry lemonade on his tab :)
The cinnamon sugar large nugget order had been in warmer. They were cold and the cinnamon sugar had dissolved into pretzels. Tasteless. For $7 I expected better.
The pretzels are awesome. Staff was exceptional and very helpful. I would recommend this place to everybody

Off putting and weird. I've never been to an Auntie Anne's before but I've heard of them and had high expectations. There were 3 employees when we arrived. One was cleaning. The second was playing on her phone and holding a pack of cigarettes. The third one took our order without saying a single word or showing any expression. There was no option to not tip. Our pretzels were pulled out of a warming tray and then the 2nd employee started making sounds at us like "bu" and "ba" until she grabbed the tip jar and ran to the back... read more
