Great customer service and the pretzel is hot and fresh.
They have the best customer service that I never seen before they offer a lot of promotions and excellent customer service I feel like I’m super especial when they help me out with my order
I placed an order, had verification of that order, and was told that they didn’t receive my order. I called customer service, only to be told by the assistant manager that the reason I had to call was to provide verification of the order. Customer service told me and her that my receipt in the app was enough proof and should have been accepted from the beginning. Don’t go here if you want decent service.
