I placed an order, had verification of that order, and was told that they didn’t receive my order. I called customer service, only to be told by the assistant manager that the reason I had to call was to provide verification of the order. Customer service told me and her that my receipt in the app was enough proof and should have been accepted from the beginning. Don’t go here if you want decent service.
Pretzel nuggets were soft and good but the almond pretzel was hard. Didn't have time to go back
These people's are scamming customers credit cards.. they help themselves to a big tip.. my one frozen ice cost me 107.19.. and they didn't return my money.. Who's in charge ☹️🤬😡
I would always get pretzels and things from here until I got something weird in my hotdog pretzel 🧍🏽♀️
