1/10/2026 6pm pretzel hard as a brick smh
Had to wait over 15 minutes for an order that was placed 7 mins before arriving. After I got here I had to wait another 15 minutes. ( NOT BUSY , NO ONE WAS THERE ) smh , so inefficient!
Like it's sooo irritating trying to order and pay for something and people dont speak English giving you anything bc they dont understand. Hard dry pretzels and you can't call customer service bc they don't have 1 nor do they even care. Won't get another $1 from me
