The worker rolled his eyes at me and made me wait over 5 minutes to take my order. Then they were out of the pretzel dog bites I wanted and he didn’t offer to make more.
The manager was really fair and kind to me and my fiance. We had had a bad experience in the mall (nothing to do with here) and her kind atmosphere and professionalism made us feel so great and changed our days course for the better. Food is great and we definitely now are regulars here. Another thing I notice is it’s very clean here also. A plus
I had a very disappointing experience at Auntie Anne’s. My mother and I visited recently and were helped by a server named Saeda T. Unfortunately, she was extremely rude to both of us from the moment we approached the counter. She seemed irritated to even be helping customers and had a very dismissive attitude the entire interaction. Going somewhere for a simple snack shouldn’t feel uncomfortable or hostile, but that’s exactly how it felt.
