The food was good, and the service was friendly.
I ordered small cinnamon pretzel bites on 10/4/25 at BWI location. They were cold and hard as a rock. I went back to counter and asked for a replacement of fresh bites and was told no. If I wanted another cup I would have to pay again. Very bad customer service. Auntie Anne owes me $6.99! I threw out the ones I got. Inedible.

Needed a 6am breakfast and their sausage, egg & cheese served on a buttered signature pretzel bun was a pleasant surprise. The pretzel bun makes it a much better option than nearby McDonald’s or Dunkin’ for breakfast.
