They sold me a burned pretzel. I didn’t open the bag until I drove home. The WHOLE BOTTOM SIDE of the pretzel is burned. They should be ashamed to do something like that to customers.
I drive from Middle River just to get a pretzel. Abraham has always provided fast and efficient service. Always greets me when I walk in and says have a good evening when I leave. The food is always hot and fresh, not one time, no matter the time of day have I had bad food. 🙂
I’m outside looking in waiting for a DoorDash order. They won’t even respond. I called the store the guy looked at the phone picked it up and put it down. They could at least say sorry closed. They tried so hard to avoid looking at me haha
