The girls here are so nice and they are so accommodating to my dairy allergies ❤️❤️
I came in and got the stuffed mozzarella bites and they gave me 2 cups full of burnt bites they all tasted burnt and there was no flavor and when I told the workers they told me it was supposed to be burnt or else it would be gooey, and not just that they were moody teenagers that sit around on their phones not doing anything. This was the worsted experience ever!!
They overcharged me based on the price listed on the menu inside. The wait was about 20 minutes for a single pretzel that they burned. I mean, burned so bad it was inedible. Service was appalling on top of everything else. The girls behind the counter scowled at every customer. Will not ever be back to this location.
Every time I come in here the girls are snobby and rude and impatient. And today an acquaintance went in here and was upcharged by a manager who claimed the prices have gone up which did not reflect on their menu, that is illegal.
It seems like the workers never wanna do their job, one time I ordered a pretzel that was already ready and in the heated display, and it took them 20 minutes to take it out
