Didn’t end up getting anything, dosnt matter what time you go it always a 20 min wait, never have anything ready. Staff is rude. This place won’t last long
This place is a Joke! I placed an order 3 days in advance to be ready at a set time and they didn’t have my order ready and told me it would be another 20 minute wait. What is the point of calling ahead? The costumer service is poor and they didn’t offer any compensation or discount on the order for their lack of preparation on my order. This is not the first time this has happened. There is always a long line here and the staff is rude. Will never be back to this location!
Ordered a #1 and #3. Almost $30 later, 10min+ wait, I was told you probably did order a #1 (pretzel bites) but I grabbed something else two regular pretzels. (#3) Sorry. No replacement, no fix no refund. So expensive for what I thought was going to be a quick snack. Count me out for life.
