It seems like the workers never wanna do their job, one time I ordered a pretzel that was already ready and in the heated display, and it took them 20 minutes to take it out
These people take 20 minutes to make this pretzel thing just to be burnt I ask them show them the pretzels which clearly are burnt idk if you can clearly see them all but burnt nonetheless and I asked them about it even showed them and that young lady and scrawny kid proceeds to tell me “no it’s not burnt it’s like that” when I’ve been to the one at the mall it was not like this and they just straight lied to my face

Took about 20 minutes for 2 drinks, there were 4 people working and 2 customers in front of us that had ordered 1-2 things each. I ordered a smoothie and the drinks consistency was water, so disappointing spending $15 for something I won’t even drink. Not worth asking them to remake it either, the customer service is non existent and it would have taken another 20 minutes.
staff are always ridiculously rude and it takes forever to get anything made
