Very disappointed. We go to this mall alot and I must say, we never had an issue before until now... I had two bad encounters. First sad encounter happened on the next day after promoting that they would be serving snowball nuggets. We drove 30min away excited to try them since that's the nearest location from us. Unfortunately they had stated that they did not recieve the ingredients therefor they could not make any snowball nugget. Sad day for us.. but that sort of mistake does happen.
