The gentleman assisting me tonight, 2/8/2025, was so kind and pleasant. I hope managers get to read this and put two and two together of who worked the late, closing shift. He deserves recognition!!
Probably the worst pretzel bites I have ever had. They were so drenched in butter they were soggy. I paid $7 and couldn't even finish them thet were so bad.
I visited the upper level Auntie Anne's today by Macy's and I have to say, my expectations for a mall food stall are pretty low but this experience made me take the time to write a bad review. First of all, there were 6 employees jammed into this little stall. All standing around in a circle doing absolutely nothing. Everytime I go there they it is Not open.when I went at 11:05 they still were not open. What the he'll is going on.
They say they don't have small but yet the menu does. Scam to make you pay more for the same amount. Employees are rude and arrogant. Friday, 2 o'clock in the afternoon, 3 employees and they say they are closed due to large orders. Yet the showcase is filled with cups. Again, rude and arrogant. Does the owner know this goes on??
