By far the worst experience I’ve had at a food place. Went to the upper level auntie Anne’s near Macy’s. The three workers ignored us in line for 5 minutes while there were no other customers. When we did get our pretzels they were burned - like black at the bottom. So terrible food and terrible service, definitely avoid!
The gentleman assisting me tonight, 2/8/2025, was so kind and pleasant. I hope managers get to read this and put two and two together of who worked the late, closing shift. He deserves recognition!!
Probably the worst pretzel bites I have ever had. They were so drenched in butter they were soggy. I paid $7 and couldn't even finish them thet were so bad.
I visited the upper level Auntie Anne's today by Macy's and I have to say, my expectations for a mall food stall are pretty low but this experience made me take the time to write a bad review. First of all, there were 6 employees jammed into this little stall. All standing around in a circle doing absolutely nothing.
