Saw employee stick his hand down the back of his pants, then proceed to touch food. Almost looked like he was digging something out of his backside. Nasty
By far the worst experience I’ve had at a food place. Went to the upper level auntie Anne’s near Macy’s. The three workers ignored us in line for 5 minutes while there were no other customers. When we did get our pretzels they were burned - like black at the bottom. So terrible food and terrible service, definitely avoid!
The gentleman assisting me tonight, 2/8/2025, was so kind and pleasant. I hope managers get to read this and put two and two together of who worked the late, closing shift. He deserves recognition!!
