Very disappointing experience at Auntie Anne’s in Ross Park Mall. The staff are extremely rude and seem to have no interest in actually doing their job. When you order online, they often never even make the order on time, and customers are left waiting while employees sit on their phones watching videos instead of working. Guy that looks like Kat Williams that runs the register is very rude and ignorant just cause it was getting busy.
Poor customer service from the girl with the red braids. Bad look on the establishment.
Both Auntie Anne’s locations in the Ross Park Mall are not making or selling pretzels. Every time I have attempted to purchase a pretzel at these joints, I get the look and impression of “you’re trying to buy a PRETZEL?? At this pretzel stand???” It is like being in an SNL skit. It’s very peculiar and also disappointing.
“We ain’t gots no peretzels, jus nuggets..” This place is a joke. I didn’t want the cup full of burnt, wet nuggets. Might as well scrap this location and fire everyone. This is a bad look for Auntie Anne…
