The staff really cares about getting a tip, but neglect to care about what really matters. Freshness. The day after Christmas, the mall is packed. There is no reason to be selling stale pretzels. Disappointed.
Service was great! It was my first time trying Auntie Anne’s and Isy made the experience even better. She was so welcoming and gave great recommendations!
We came 30 minutes before close and they said they can’t accept my $50 bill we went to get change and came back and she said it’s 15 minutes before close we already turned our cash in you will have to pay with card. Ashlyn was very rude to us. Jaylin was very kind and offered to give us our ice water and lemonade since it was already made in the cup and Ashlyn made him throw it in the garbage instead being we came “15 minutes before close. “
Loved their pepperoni bites, unfortunately they were out of ranch. Marinara was a close second.
