I went to this location and asked for a small pretzel nugget - they informed me they only had large and the whole pretzels. I explained i didn't want that because I wouldn't eat the large, so they refused to sell me a small. They would rather lose a sale than sell a small. This location never has smalls prepared. The only way I can get a small is if I order it on the app. Unfortunately, on this occurrence the app had already stopped allowing mobile orders at 55 minutes before closing time. Very frustrating.
Stop trying to upsell when we tell you that we want a regular! It doesn't make sense that we are forced to get the size up no matter how many cents or dollars it saves 🤌🏼
The staff really cares about getting a tip, but neglect to care about what really matters. Freshness. The day after Christmas, the mall is packed. There is no reason to be selling stale pretzels. Disappointed.
