Can’t even get a decent pretzel from this place anymore, everything is always overdone and taste burnt, waste of money!
I had been craving a salted pretzel, and this hit the spot. I also got the hot salsa cheese dip, which was pretty good. I thought "hot" meant it would be warm, but I guess it just meant spicy.
My 7 year old daughter was thirsty, she asked for a small cup of water and the cashier told her she had to pay for the water. We've got water from them before free. Today they decided it was ok to be rude to a 7 year old girl. Great customer service Auntie Anne's. We eat pretzels there everytime we come to the mall. Not anymore....
