Got there at 12p and they said they had no pretzel nuggets and the case was mostly empty. They said 10 min for the pretzels. Unfortunately I didn't have 10 minutes so I passed. Fast forward to the same day at 9:00p on the dot, an hour before close, and there were 3 bags of cinnamon pretzels in the case and they said they wouldn't make regular pretzels. I could understand if it was 9:45. But it was 9p and they closed at 10p.

Wendy is amazing and is always friendly. I like my pretzels with no butter so she sees me walking from the tunnel and starts my order with a smile.
They are overcharging for a plain pretzel. Charged me $7.00.
