Ordered cinnamon pretzels and accidentally received a limited-edition charcoal flavor. Crispy on the outside, crispy on the inside, crispy everywhere. The cinnamon sugar tried its best to save it, but the pretzel had already crossed over to the dark side.

The food was good but it didn't feel so fresh it was a mall so it was not clean
Auntie Annie’s pretzels do not taste the same. There is a weird after taste, it taste very chemically. I’m not sure if it’s the baking soda…butter…non stick spray or what but it’s awful. This is sad bc their pretzels used to be the best part of going to the mall. Not anymore, I won’t be back. And it’s not just this location, I bought a pretzel elsewhere and the same terrible after taste, no thank you
