The food is amazing, the pretzels are so good. But the service is just a little slow, but overall it is so worth it for the food!
This location is the weak link in the chain. The food is either undercooked, overcooked, or somehow manages to be both at the same time. Save yourself the frustration and head to the food court location instead—they seem to understand the assignment.
Ordered cinnamon pretzels and accidentally received a limited-edition charcoal flavor. Crispy on the outside, crispy on the inside, crispy everywhere. The cinnamon sugar tried its best to save it, but the pretzel had already crossed over to the dark side.
