They don't actually have pretzels for sale when you finally get through the line. There is literally a pretzel in their logo. You are going to be standing there for quite some time waiting for them to cook them from scratch.
I was told to wait 15 mins and they FORGOT my order. I got my refund but my time was wasted. Terrible service
Got pretzels and a strawberry lemonade. So good. Auntie Anne’s always has the best pretzels.
