First off, if you want an original pretzel dog, you have to order online. They also don’t make half of the large pretzels that are on the menu, and the drink machine was down. They didn’t keep their cups of mini pretzel dogs stocked either, so we had to wait. I love Auntie Anne’s, but this was the worst I’ve been to.
I normally don’t write reviews for companies but I feel like if I don’t say anything something worse would happen. I came in on Oct 13 to purchase a pretzel. The process was smooth but what bothered me the most was how this old lady (might be the manager) was screaming, yelling, and scolding young workers. Just left here got into my car to enjoy my food wow a big nasty piece of hair I'm highly disappointed and will never be visiting this location again should've just read the reviews before making my purchases because they are all horrible don't waste your time nor money.
Doesn’t open on time
Overall. Meh. Person taking the order rushed us and wasnt listening to what i was saying or to my friends order. Waiting for our pretzel nuggets with 5+ other customers in the 3x5 feet of waiting space, no ac. Can only imagine how hot it is behind the counter if im sweating for the 5 minutes im inside. But waiting for our food, the same person who took our order, took another order and took cash, grabbed the top of our open pretzel nuggets with bare hands (that had JUST touched cash) and put it down on the counter.
