It's crammed in there and waiting is difficult because there isn't really space to wait inside. The only seating is outdoors - which is hard for during the cold winter. The food was good, though.

store is extremely hot workers aren’t super friendly and my pretzel was horrible it had barely any sugar on it and could have been cooked more don’t go here

First off, if you want an original pretzel dog, you have to order online. They also don’t make half of the large pretzels that are on the menu, and the drink machine was down. They didn’t keep their cups of mini pretzel dogs stocked either, so we had to wait. I love Auntie Anne’s, but this was the worst I’ve been to.

I normally don’t write reviews for companies but I feel like if I don’t say anything something worse would happen. I came in on Oct 13 to purchase a pretzel. The process was smooth but what bothered me the most was how this old lady (might be the manager) was screaming, yelling, and scolding young workers. She was the most unprofessional person I’ve ever met. I’ve come to this location several times and I’ve seen and heard her do this almost every time I come.
