While I went to pay the female rep that was upfront had the audacity to push the 15%tip button without my consent! 😡 I noticed it and told her “did you just push the 15% tip button” And she immediately cancelled the transaction and started over! 😡 think about it she does this to every customer that walks in🤦🏻♀ last time I walk in here
Pretzel cheese bites. Not impressive. Luke warm. Will not have again. Eating outdoors. Tables dirty. Ants crawling all over. It's hot out, we asked for a small bowl of water for our small dog. Their answer was...you can buy a bottle of water for $3.00. We will never be back.
I haven’t visited this place in YEARS. Shut it down and put something of value out there. Burnt, stale, old pretzels and bad customer service. That’s all you’re missing.
Ms. Nicole is rude I ordered 5 salted pretzels and a bite and 6 Cheeses and asked for FRESH ONES, I asked for this many times at this location she must be new.. she said no we use the ones that are in the case. Some of my pretzels were drenched in butter dripping and soggy as ever can’t wait for these. Jam packed small space and super hotbox.
