Everytime I call them I am on the phone for adleast an hour before I can get through. Then they keep sending my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. Then they claim they can't hear me and then hang up. Been trying to get my prescription filled for two weeks now
I ran out of minutes waiting on hold , they say they care but I don't think they do
weeks to fill prescriptions, i may be changing drs soon this is ridiculous it happened last month too, looking into a malpractice claim for negligence.
Terrible service. Every time I come for appointments I have to wait an hour. They never answer the phone. Very poor service. Would not recommend this place to anyone Healthcare needs.
My experience was great. I was nervous after reading other reviews, but they could not be further from the truth in my opinion. The staff was wonderful, from the receptionist to the MA, and Dr. Washington. I had less than a ten minute wait, and was in and out quickly with an insulin prescription that I have not been able to get through any endocrinologist in town. Highly recommend for quick and kind care.
