It would be impossible to be more disappointed with an ER than I am with Massillon aultman. I hope y'all make a lot of money since that is clearly your goal. I think it's fair to say Massillon still doesn't have an ER.
The death toll this hospital is racking up is astounding,,,mainly through not giving patients their prescribed medication... keeping two sets of medical records,,,and supporting employees who do not do their job...

Your ER lacks Leadership. Sitting here for the last 3.5 hours waiting to be seen. I'm not the patient, a loved one is. Not one check in with us. Not one update. Sitting alone in pain waiting. Anxiety rising. symptoms getting worse. there is no unkind words for the staff. They are only performing to the standards put in place by their bosses.There is no leadership. If you are in charge of the ER you can do better. Patiently Waiting
your er is horrible and so is your orthopedic surgeon! 2 wks ago my daughter broke her ankle, had to have reconstructive surgery. her incision looks like something done out in the field, something done just good enough to get her the hospital. Tonight she went in because the idiot Dr at tri-county orthopedics messed up her steri strips! I put on butterfly strips just so there's something holding the incision together, so she went in to have them looked at and replaced. RecommendedI would just like to say that everyone that helped me since I’ve been here gives me such a new appreciation for those in healthcare. I am currently here after a motorcycle accident. My nurses have been incredible and so kind I couldn’t be more thankful. I’ve watch them run and struggle and be shortstaffed and yet they still give me attention even if I don’t hit the button.
