My experience was similar to another persons on here. I had to deal with him for follow up appointments after lasik. I was there to verify (poor) vision stability to prepare for a touch up procedure that he had previously recommend. I had explained I had trouble reading text clearly such as street signs, and had blurred vision with ghosting. I had an appointment with Dr Augustine as a follow for my lasik and to see if I qualified for touch up or enhancement after 11 years. He didn't take time to understand the purpose of my vist, was very rude, arrogant and unprofessional. He ultimately walked out and said he would send another Dr in to see me as he didn't want to deal with me. The next DR was great, took time to answer my questions and concerns. I would not recommend him to anyone...ever.
I just want to thank you personally and professionally for the outstanding experience I had at Clear Choice Custom Vision Center. In the future I will highly recommend you and your staff to anyone that is interested in getting quality care and quality results!
