My 94 year old mother could not raise her arms, it seemed like her the joints in her shoulders were locked. Her primary care doctor referred us to Dr. Conduah. I made the appointment and was pleasantly surprised that we got an appointment within 3 days. When we arrived for the appointment we were given there regular new patient forms to complete and my mother was X-rayed. Long story short, we were never told the doctor was on vacation and that his PA would attend us until I asked. Unprofessional

I left dr. Conduah in 2017 because he had terrible attitude and didnt seem to care about what was going on with me. Today i went back to the orthopedic group hoping to see another dr but i seen him. One of the most rudest unprofessional drs i have ever met. Will never return

Dr Conduah did an exceptional job with performing surgery on my mom's rotator cup. His knowledge, performance and customer service skills are exceptional and timely. Kudos to Dr. Conduah! Thanks for your service!

This was my first visit. I refuse to accept anything but good customer service. I express this to my doctor up front. I believe that why I get good medical care from my doctors. He was attentive and listen without rushing me. That’s a plus for me. I don’t go into the office thinking the doctors have all the answers. I know my body, tell them what I’m experiencing and seek help for the condition. I’m always open to second opinions.

My initial visit was cool given that I was seen in a timely fashion. I had concerns because the doctor started talking about surgery though my X-ray didn't show any issues. Follow-up to MRI was terrible. 1.5 hour wait to see doctor for him to not even know that he had already signed me up for physical therapy. No diagnosis, no treatment, no respect for my time. Disappointing but life goes on.

I was referred to Dr. Conduah by my Primary Physician. The staff was courteous and professional. I waited about 10-15 minutes. Dr. Conduah was very knowledgeable about my sports injury. I had done research, and was satisfied. He stated I will needed surgery I thought it was premature. This was before I had an MRI. I thought it was "jumping the gun" a little. But I know he was going on experience and on my shoulder tests he had performed earlier. Very good bedside manner. Overall very pleased.

I was referred to Dr. Conduah by a friend. I got an appointment within 3 days. I was there for a long time but I was a new patient and had to have X-rays, etc. Dr. C. had excellent bedside manner. He is a great patient teacher. We settled on moderately aggressive treatment. After 2-3 weeks, I had to return. I got a same day appointment. I saw Dr. C. Again and we decided on a more aggressive approach. He was excellent. I will post the results of my new treatment.

Decent. I suffered an injury and was assigned to him--many weeks after my ER visit. His staff was slow to schedule me. I only saw him once for a full exam and one other time, briefly and was passed off to another associate on his team. The other doctors on his team are great. He needs to work on his bedside manner. He seems very knowledgeable but seems to see his patients as product to move vs. people. I don't think he's a doctor because he loves helping people. You will ALWAYS wait for your app
