I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews, but my experience with Dr. Jordan and all of the students has been absolutely wonderful. After a successful first IUI, I graduated from the clinic today, and I’ll definitely miss Dr. Jordan and the rest of the team! Also, keep in mind that Wellstar is a teaching facility, so students may assist and observe during appointments — but participation is completely optional.

The only reason I'm giving two stars and not one is because the receptionist staff are very kind. Otherwise my review is going to be a long one... As a single, straight female looking to become a mom- I can't recommend this office for anyone in my position. I was looking into artificial insemination. I genuinely wish I could give 0 stars. I agree wholeheartedly with all of the reviews telling you to go to Columbia, SC for treatment. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE - DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID! The amount of money and time wasted over the past year included 4 IUIs - all of which included a 2 hour wait time when we had an existing appointment time for the IUI. I am giving this place 1 star because this doctors office is a SCAM!!! They don’t tell you or give you a heads up that the preliminary exams needed are going to cost around $5600 if infertility is not covered by your insurance plan and in the State of GA no insurance plans cover infertility. $3600 was just for them to do a cotton swab for genetic testing. That alone should be on the paper given when asked if the patient would be ok with doing the test. This is all BEFORE the IVF amount which is 10-15k for 1 round. Then when ... read more

My doctor referred me to dr.Jordan for my infertility issues and I’ve been calling for a week all day and no answers no one returned my calls or nothing this is terrible service and I am gonna find a different provider, why do you guys have a phone and workers if no one can or will pick up the phone for customers paying and giving this clinic a chance …..unprofessional service….they don’t even try to call back a customer do you guys just sit there and let the calls ring and go to voicemail?!im not understanding this !
