I genuinely wish I could give 0 stars. I agree wholeheartedly with all of the reviews telling you to go to Columbia, SC for treatment. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE - DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID! The amount of money and time wasted over the past year included 4 IUIs - all of which included a 2 hour wait time when we had an existing appointment time for the IUI. I am giving this place 1 star because this doctors office is a SCAM!!! They don’t tell you or give you a heads up that the preliminary exams needed are going to cost around $5600 if infertility is not covered by your insurance plan and in the State of GA no insurance plans cover infertility. $3600 was just for them to do a cotton swab for genetic testing. That alone should be on the paper given when asked if the patient would be ok with doing the test. This is all BEFORE the IVF amount which is 10-15k for 1 round. Then when ... read more

My doctor referred me to dr.Jordan for my infertility issues and I’ve been calling for a week all day and no answers no one returned my calls or nothing this is terrible service and I am gonna find a different provider, why do you guys have a phone and workers if no one can or will pick up the phone for customers paying and giving this clinic a chance …..unprofessional service….they don’t even try to call back a customer do you guys just sit there and let the calls ring and go to voicemail?!im not understanding this !

If you don’t read anything else in this review, just PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO TO COLUMBIA, SC! I’ve been with this clinic since 2021 and finally decided to leave after countless cancelled appointments, waiting 2+ hours to be seen on various occasions, and 3 failed IUIs with no explanation other than “let’s try again next month.” Also to note, 2 of the IUIs were done by students, and when asked on the 3rd if it could please be done by the doctor, the nurse/technician pretty much let us know they had an issue wit... read more

If I would give 0 stars if I could. I have had the worst experience with this clinic. They never answer the phone and take several days to return calls. My original appointment which was virtual was scheduled in September. Unfortunately, I had to cancel but they couldn’t reschedule me until January because the doctor was on vacation. Mind you, there is more than one doctor at this location but I am unsure why they didn’t check with other doctor’s schedules as I am a new patient and have not seen anyone at the clinic.
