If you don’t read anything else in this review, just PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO TO COLUMBIA, SC! I’ve been with this clinic since 2021 and finally decided to leave after countless cancelled appointments, waiting 2+ hours to be seen on various occasions, and 3 failed IUIs with no explanation other than “let’s try again next month.” Also to note, 2 of the IUIs were done by students, and when asked on the 3rd if it could please be done by the doctor, the nurse/technician pretty much let us know they had an issue wit... read more

If I would give 0 stars if I could. I have had the worst experience with this clinic. They never answer the phone and take several days to return calls. My original appointment which was virtual was scheduled in September. Unfortunately, I had to cancel but they couldn’t reschedule me until January because the doctor was on vacation. Mind you, there is more than one doctor at this location but I am unsure why they didn’t check with other doctor’s schedules as I am a new patient and have not seen anyone at the clinic. Giving an extra star because the Doctors have been very informative and helpful when I have seen them. Nevertheless, having called more than a few times, I have never had anyone actually answer my call. I have either had to leave a message or was so tired of leaving messages that I drove to the facility to get my questions answered. More recently my wife and I both made separate appointments that were both cancelled. I am very sad and devastated by my experience with Augusta University Reproductive Medicine Infertility Associates. For my first new patient appointment, the doctor decided to cancel my appointment that I had been waiting for for 3 months at the last minute. I was then told to wait another 3 months to reschedule. I waited another month to see him for the second appointment, and they ended up canceling again without notice.
