Dr. Jordan has zero bedside manner. If I could rate her less than one star, I would. What a vile, terrible human. Zero professionalism or empathy. Dr. Jordan is combative and will not answer questions, she will just belittle and berate you. If you are considering going here, please don’t. Horrible horrible place. I regret ever wasting time and money with this despicable practice.

In my opinion, I can say that they have been very attentive and communicative. Whenever I send messages through the portal, they respond. I was worried and sad because I thought I couldn't have children anymore after an ectopic pregnancy I had in 2024, which resulted in the removal of one of my fallopian tubes. I had been trying for many months without success. I only went to the clinic for three months, and with the treatment they recommended for me and my husband, thank God, I am now pregnant.
