I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Mckaella Grow, DO, at Family Medicine! From our very first appointment, she treated me with genuine compassion and respect. Which after dealing with the VA, I wondered if it even existed in the medical world. After countless visits elsewhere where I was told to “just exercise more” or “drink more water,” Dr. Grow actually listened. I want to start out by saying that the staff @ Wellstar MCG from doctors, nurses, cleaning crew, ladies bringing breakfast, lunch & dinner! I am truly blessed Was brought in on 8/23/2025 from a massive heart attack. From then, Ben, Taylor, Harrison, Justin & Tucker(Go Vols) along with all the other staff never stopped caring and giving me more than I ever expected 🫶 I will forever keep this hospital and staff in my 🧡 Amazing! Great experience coming here. I was served with utmost respect from staff, nurses, and doctors. A special thank you to Khiana for being so nice, and very professional. Good job!
They will charge you extra money for an office visit if the office is on hospital grounds and they won't tell you that until they have already billed you for it.
I have had a horrible experience with this hospital. My mother is 79 years old with terminal cancer and they have left her in the Emergency room halfway for 32 hours. She has been officially admitted but still left there to urinate on herself for hours. I wouldn’t recommend this hospital to anyone.
