They try to schedule pointless appointments to waste your time & get more money. They don't answer when you call the nursing line. They don't call you back when you need something. They don't care about their patients needs. Called 2 weeks & couldn't get an appointment rescheduled, then when I finally got them to schedule, it's over a month away for the next appointment. Unacceptable behavior from staff when you need to reschedule. I would put 0 stars, but it's not an option. The only good thing I have to say is that the sur... read more

Customer service representative on the phone is very rude. didn’t even want to set my appointment because of how rude she was and unprofessional.
We went for my son who ended up having a toddlers fracture and Teddy Collinsworth was so amazing! The staff so kind to my son and just truly exceptional. The wait was maybe 30/45 min but they are also extremely busy people and they made my son feel comfortable so thank you!
