Dr. John G. has truly been a blessing to me. As a Deaf patient, feeling understood and respected means everything. His office always provides an interpreter so I can fully understand my treatment, and he takes the time to explain every detail with patience and care. The dentists are great but the front office needs attention. When you call noone answers the phone, be ready to be on hold for more than 30 minutes, this is unacceptable.
I have been a patient for 3 years in the Dental Associates clinic. (Faculty practice) my care is SUPERB!!! Everyone is so helpful and kind. Cathy is so great at what she does and takes the time to explain my treatment charges. Thank you for taking care of my smile!
Me and my grandmother have been searching for a dental clinic due to urgent matters. I called the front desk to try and schedule an appointment and I was waiting for someone to pick up for 30 minutes and nobody picked up, not even to tell me to hold. Someone is not doing their job, just disappointing.
