RecommendedWe moved here in 2017. We originally had a 2 bedroom apartment where we stayed for 2 years with no issues. After the 2 years we moved within the complex to a 3 bedroom apartment. We had a conflict after moving out, but after expressing our disappointment, the manager Elizabeth did some investigating and resolved our issue. The old management was very disorganized and did not keep good records, but I’m thankful Sunset Properties did not give up on us and changed our mindset from a bad review to a good one.

When I first applied @ Augusta Square the Manager (Kim) was very welcoming , made my move very easy and Frank (Maintenance) is awesome Augusta Square is very quiet, clean and a convenient place to live . I will be resigning for year 2. Way to go Augusta Square , finding a good home is hard now days , keep up the good work.
Great apartments! It feels like a small home because of how large it is. I also love the neighborhood. It’s quiet and friendly. Kim (manager) and Frank (maintenance) are amazing. They genuinely care about the people that live here.
I've been living here for almost 17 years and I love it here. Kim, the manager, is the best! She is the perfect balance of personable and professional. She manages these apartments like a well-oiled machine. When I place a maintenance request, its usually completed by the time I get home from work. I've had next to no issues here, but when I did, it was handled immediately. Again, I love it here. Not looking to move any time soon.
