Wonderful doctors and terrible billing/practice. My friend who has dual income continues sending their child their although billing constantly over charges them because the doctor their child sees is so good for their child. I cannot afford to pay for their mess ups and billing errors. I have not been able to access medicine for half a year now because of their mess ups. While I absolutely love my providers. Misty Lewis is amazing! Always checking on me and Just great ! Asha is also awesome. Helping through a significantly rough patch. So they both are 5 Stars! Now as far as the Billing and administration team. Not so much. I agreed that I had missed one Appointment. However I am being billed for 2 additional appointments I didn’t miss. Also was told I had missed copays. When I was never informed of a copay. When I asked several times for an invoice I still haven’t received it. I have asked ... read more
Their front staff is incredibly rude and never calls or texts to remind of appts. They had me on the books for a date and time I wouldn’t have made because I was having surgery. I explained that and they still charged me $100 for a missed appt. I will never go back and tell everyone else to be wary of this place.
I have been coming to this clinic for a few years now to see Dr. Misty Lewis. During her time as my psychiatrist, I did absolutely everything that she suggested with medications, which was basically always making me try something new. I was recently put on yet another new medication and had a bad reaction to it, so she decided that I stop taking it.The next visit was something I thought I’d never experience here.
