I went to Augusta Primary Care because Dr. Carr was my husband's Primary care doctor until he retired. He was awesome. The new Dr he got was good. I went to him and I liked him. I was then told this Dr wouldn't be with them for much longer. I then got a letter saying the practice was closing. Then my husband got one. I also had to reschedule an appt. No one called to reschedule. No one called back when I called to reschedule. No one answered the phone. When I finally got someone on the phone, I wasn't able to get any recomme... read more
Extremely disappointed. First, I make an appt for Tuesday at 4. Shortly thereafter I get a call saying the Dr. Actually isnt in the office, can I reschedule, which I did. However, time changed from 4:15 to 4 . I promptly forgot and actually arrived at 4:17 at which point I am told that I have to reschedule. I have to leave work early and drive 45 minutes. Ugh. That rigidity is more than disappointing.
They finally put a lab in the office. Now I don't have to make a separate trip to another lab. Thank you.
Dr.Price has been my primary physician for very long time. He is the best! Would refer him to any of my family and friends. Sandy his office manager is one the kindest person to work with. She helps me with any problem I have. They are very professional staff!
Need better phone service for incoming calls. This is sad.
Augusta Primary Care is absolutely the BEST there is in the field. Competent, Friendly, and Knowledgeable Physicians who will quickly diagnose and cure the problem! TOP SHELF ESTABLISHMENT!
I love Dr. Carr, but his office is super slow. Yesterday I waited over an hour in an exam room because both of his nurses were at lunch at the same time. Really? Why don't they let one nurse at a time go to lunch? Patients have other things to do besides wait on them to do lunch.
Dr. Price and Dr. Carr are very excellent doctors that truly care about their patients.
