The staff is very friendly, and Dr. Bryant is awesome. He is very professional while still being incredibly personable. I've been to 3 appointments, and the only time they were late calling me back the nurse came out and told me she would get me in a room shortly, and she did. I had 3 ingrown toenails removed and was still out within an hour of my appointment time. Dr. Bryant has been practicing nearly 25 years, so he knows what he's doing. I highly recommend him. I have never experienced such bad customer service in my entire life. I hate calling there just to make an appointment. They keep you on hold for over 10 minutes. How have you been a customer for 2 years and they can't get you an appointment for 45 days. They are never polite.
