Service Technician came by and explained everything in detail, from options and work arounds. He had such a pleasant demeanor and didn't pressure me to go the most expensive route. I had my water heater replaced(gas model) and he let me know I didn't need to go with the largest capacity model, while explaining the advantages of this type and as well as the tankless versions. This review would actually be 0 stars. I had someone come give me an estimate to just install a toilet. We purchased a toilet so that was already here. The technician went all through my house talking about all of the other things that could be done. Including water heater, sump pump, drain cleaning etc. Then he proceeding to try and talk me into a membership and then gave an estimate for $850! For a simple toilet install. I found another company that came the next day and did the job for $150. How can this be so different? ... read more
Joe Charchar repaired my boiler and he was very informative and friendly , he knew so much about boilers and taught me a little bit too.
I called Augusta plumbing in the middle of the day and by the next morning, Mike T. Was over and within 10 minutes (after he passed the "nice guy" inspection from our 80lb lap dog..) had multiple quotes prepared for us, with a range of repair/price options. His quotes were better than competitive, they felt down-right friendly, especially when he took the time to thoroughly explain why some repairs were very necessary and others were fine to wait on. We recently did a bathroom remodel that included moving plumbing lines. Brett was our contact and was very easy to work with. Total explanation of everything needing to be done. Charles and Bailey came and got all the lines moved in one morning. The inspector was able to come the same afternoon (thanks in large part to Brett contacting him early in the process) and everything passed with flying colors!
