From setting the appointment quick and easy to a few days later when Isaac H came out For my furnace preventative maintenance everything has been phenomenal. The customer service, the presence and the knowledge and suggestions to get quotes From Augusta, for other home repairs… Excellent! Thank you!
Brayden and Jacques were so helpful and kind when they came to replace our furnace
Mike Tucker came and cleaned out the main sewage line from the house to the street. Friendly and great worker! Would definitely hire again.
Had a Rheem 40 gal. water heater, two boiler drain valves for the washer and a laundry sink & faucet all replaced. Chuck and Dave were very friendly, very efficient, and did a wonderful job. They left the laundry room looking cleaner than before! The new equipment looks great.
10 out 10 Stars! ⭐Again, Augusta plumbing & heating gave outstanding customer service! Isaac Hanson was again my technician. After discussing the options regarding the aging furnace, he provided valuable information so I could make the best and most cost effective decisions. Monica was awesome too! Prior to the call today , she provided information on the service contract program and it's benefits. They are knowledgeable, courteous and reliable! I have full confidence in the entire team !
