Joe Charchar and Dean were very helpful. They came to my home to replace my thermostat and service my furnace as it was not reaching temp. Joe did a great job at making recommendations and troubleshooting to help me understand my system better. They also will be coming back in the spring to service my AC system as a part of the maintenance package.
