If I could give a negative five star rating, that would be a more befitting assessment of Augusta Partners Property Management. Calls are not returned in a timely manner, property is destroyed by tenants and left for the owner to pay for and deal with. They can't get a simple W-9 correct. Every experience with this company was difficult and bordering on criminal. Morgan will threaten you via email, and John Youngblood will avoid any responsible business dealings at all cost. Property owners STAY FAR AWAY!!
