Waited 2 hours to NOT see the doctor, rescheduled came early for next visit waited 1 hour with no other patients in the waiting area. I specifically asked which day is the least busy and took that day. I saw a drug rep walk back and talk to the doctor while i waited 1+ hour to be seen. Never had this problem when Dr. Bongu and Dr.Lemon were there. I will NEVER go back!
I absolutely LOVE Dr. Jordan! He delivered my baby boy by c- section and I seriously couldn't have asked for a better, more caring doctor! He's delivered some of my nieces and nephews, as well as some of my friends' babies! The waiting time can get a little hard to deal with sometimes but it's only because there are so many patients due to having great doctors! Dr. Jordan is the best there is. I couldn't have asked for a better obgyn to help us through our unexpected miscarriage. I've never met anyone so compassionate and wonderful bed side manor. We love Jordan, and his staff. �
Very unprofessional! Our results came back for our chromosome testing and the doctor will not give us a call back. We have left 5 messages all week. This testing was done on February the 10th 2017 which takes 10 to 14 days to return. It's now March the 3 and the results have been in since Monday. No one will help us or even call us back to let us know our baby is okay. Dr knodel when a woman is pregnant you do not keep her stressed by not following proper procedures as a doctor. Went to my obgyn appointment , have 5 days before my due date , and there's people steady showing up and theres a note on the door that said closed due to weather... sure would have been nice to have gotten a phone call bc i sure didnt want to get out in this weather either ����
