I have to say I am not pleased at all with my experience at this dealership. I was told the car I had looked at was ready for purchase then when I arrived was told it had been sold the night before. I agreed to purchase another vehicle after being told they would add on the perks I was looking for and to this day they have not kept to their commitment. I am giving this business a 1 -star review due to the extremely poor communication throughout the entire process. When I first arrived, I was greeted by Que, who was polite, informative, and offered helpful advice. I understand the nature of sales, but I felt pressured—as if the sale absolutely needed to happen that day. My intention from the beginning was to trade in my previous vehicle.
