I had two techs mow my lawn on 7/12 and I could not be happier with their service. Very professional, courteous and friendly.
We had a TOUGH job to get done---our backyard was a mess, and the Augusta team worked quickly and efficiently to get it done. It. Looks. AMAZING. I asked so much of them, and they delivered without skipping a beat. The garden beds were a wreck, everything was overgrown, and our fence was covered in vines. Auguusta Lawn Care of Knoxville completed some hardscaping work on time and within the proposed budget. The Team arrived as scheduled and the workers were very professional and friendly. Will definitely consider them again for future projects.
Absolutely disaster. AVOID Augusta!! If I could, their true rating is zero stars. Unfortunately, we hired them to clean our garden beds in the spring, and they probably only pulled about 40% of the weeds. It was a horrible, sloppy service and they still charged us the full amount. Very unprofessional and VERY expensive.
I would give them a zero if possible. They came out for an estimate on a small job. The tech said he would be back in two days. They sent an estimate which I approved and sent several emails never setting a firm a date. When I talked to them they said they would be out on Friday, I called Friday to confirm and I was told they a swamped and do not know when they would get to me. I fired them,
