After only two months of service we received a 24 hour notice of a 150% price increase. The price we were quoted was by the owner of the local franchise and was reasonable for the service we were being given. We called to discuss the 150% increase and did not receive a call back, only a cancelation email. Very disappointing. (Warning, they have direct access to your bank account for payment-it is required)

I am confused! The owner of the local franchise quoted my lawn in April of 2024. He gave me what I considered a good price so we moved forward and enjoyed their service until 5/29/24 when I received notice of a 150% price increase. They quoted my yard only 2 months ago, how does it go up 150% in 2 months? I called to discuss the price increase, hoping to come to a number that worked for both of us.
