As others have mentioned, this company does not communicate or follow through on their recurring services. I prepaid for a year of lawn treatments. They came out once shortly after I started service, but then never came out again. I have called several times, and am always told that they’ll call me back or they’ll be out next week. That never happens and this has been ongoing for months. I had similar issues with their mowing service until I cancelled it.
