Absolutely disaster. AVOID Augusta!! If I could, their true rating is zero stars. Unfortunately, we hired them to clean our garden beds in the spring, and they probably only pulled about 40% of the weeds. It was a horrible, sloppy service and they still charged us the full amount. Very unprofessional and VERY expensive.Â
I would give them a zero if possible. They came out for an estimate on a small job. The tech said he would be back in two days. They sent an estimate which I approved and sent several emails never setting a firm a date. When I talked to them they said they would be out on Friday, I called Friday to confirm and I was told they a swamped and do not know when they would get to me. I fired them,Â
