They just moved offices, and I think this resolved a lot of the previous issues they may have had based on reviews I'm seeing. At their new location across the street, it was clean and bright, easily accessible, and everyone was respectful and pleasant to work with.
Absolutely terrible. Was referred to them by the hospital for a large kidney stone. They told me they couldn't see me for almost three weeks.
The doctors are great but the office staff leaves a lot to be desired. Being on hold for an hour trying to talk to someone is absurd.
If you value your time, this office is not for you. If you like phone calls returned, this office is not for you. If you like your time wasted or hunting people down for info, then this is the place for you! The worst experience to date with any kind of doctor's office.
