My daughters nurse was arrogant and rude!! Was told if she started running a fever she was gonna take the blanket from her, kept walking past our room and never bothered to check on her, or even let us know what was going on!! Went to ask her a question and it was like we weren't important!! She just kept walking away! And the timing of getting patients to a room is horrible!! I gotta say the dr she had was pleasant

The Pediatric Unit was absolutely horrible! After 2 ER visits we were admitted into the hospital, where a doctor was rude, curt and super demeaning did nothing for my daughter! When I called the nursing supervisor to help us get discharged the doctor flipped out on me and told me that my daughter was not sick or a priority to her! I am now at UVA just getting my child out of a recovery room where she had a picc line put in and have been here a week tomorrow with a extremely ill child!
